This 1400 square foot attached Town Home located in the Gated Community of Palmilla was in need of serious upgrading.

Built in a 55 and older community, we needed to maintain the large hallways with easy access showers and kitchen while trying to bring this 80’s style home into the year 2010.

All the interior cabinets, appliances, flooring and some walls were stripped out.

This allowed us to add square footage to the master bathroom where a long and unused commode area used to be.

In the kitchen, we replaced all the outdated high electricity usage appliances with brand new high efficiency models.

We also made it come alive by changing the outdated cabinets, counter tops and ceramic flooring with gorgeous cabinetry, granite countertops and tile flooring.

All hardware such as knobs, plumbing fixtures and lighting fixtures brought it all together.

The master bedroom got plush new carpet the bathrooms got tile flooring and the remainder of the home was covered in rich wood flooring giving the effect of a larger space.

This quaint 90’s style home located in a great neighborhood in Yorba Linda needed a little style.

Starting at the curb and going throughout the house, we were able to give this home the appeal the new owner’s were looking for without breaking their budget. One challenge in the home was a very small master bath with too much inside it and little room for moving around.

We removed the bathtub and shower and repositioned the commode for a great new layout. We only rebuilt a larger shower with bench, large windows to the view, high end tile and flooring with great results.

We also replaced the single sink with his and hers with stylish granite, fixtures and lighting to finish it off. In the kitchen we ripped out all cabinets, flooring, old style ceramic tile and older low efficiency appliances.

We rebuilt this kitchen with all high efficiency appliances, gorgeous cabinets, granite countertops, and tile flooring.

We replaced the wood banister with stylish iron, hung all new lighting and replaced all the outdated knobs and pulls. To finish it off, we painted the entire interior and exterior, laid new carpeting throughout and updated all the lighting.
