We’ll drive your custom home build or remodel to deliver the home you want, on-time and within your budget.
Knowing your needs is essential to helping develop your vision. First and foremost, we need to get to know you.
We will work with your architect, interior designer, or landscape architect or we can recommend one. Every recommendation is based on an clear understanding of your lifestyle, design preferences, and budget.
A project, well planned and well staffed, is successful.
Prior to construction beginning, we will organize a meeting with all our major subcontractors to set the groundwork. Together, we’ll review the project timeline and expectations.
We believe in getting it done right the first time.
Your vision is our number one priority when building your home. We are directly involved in keeping the project on track and visit the construction site every day.
As a team, we make sure we take the right steps at the right time. We are extremely meticulous about the quality of our work. In every phase of the project, we hold our subcontractors to the highest standards.
Following the project completion, a final walkthrough is scheduled to cover the final details and to review all systems in the house.

Our timelines are built and maintained using our cloud-based software, BuildIT, so everyone involved has real-time access to the job.
Throughout the project, we keep you up to date through daily or weekly updates by phone, email, or job walkthroughs. You will know where your project stands at all times.
Without the right experience, it can be overwhelming to budget and track progress on a construction project, no matter if you are self-funding or using a construction loan management company.
Your budget is updated, trade invoices/releases are handled, and Xero is used to record all financial transactions.
Because we do not mark-up our subcontractors, you’ll know the true cost of building your home when it is finished. You can have full confidence that your money is not being wasted.
